Who we are

Social Heads ("we", "us") is an influencer and creator marketing business based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. We operate socialheads.in. You can reach us about privacy at aman@socialheads.in.

What we collect

Information you choose to give us. When you use the contact form, you enter your name, brand or company, email address, optional phone number, the service you need, an optional budget range, and a description of your campaign. This information is placed into a WhatsApp message that you send to us. We receive it only when you press send in WhatsApp.

Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. This is used to keep the site secure and working.

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not currently run analytics or advertising pixels on this site. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and discuss a project with you.

To operate, secure and improve the website.

To meet legal obligations and to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

WhatsApp and third parties

When you press the contact button, your message is handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). Once you send it, WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy apply to that message. We have no control over how WhatsApp processes it.

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes technical request data on our behalf. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third-party networks.

Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and other external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting work, and for a reasonable period afterwards for records and legal purposes. Server logs are kept by our host for a short period under its own retention settings.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, or to erase it, and you may withdraw consent you have given. To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a grievance, write to us at aman@socialheads.in. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with security headers enabled, and it has no database or user accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
